LATE POLICY

We fully understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control. We will always do our very best to accommodate late arrivals by performing the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining. Unfortunately, arriving too late to perform the scheduled service will result in full charges without the opportunity to reschedule. For this reason we recommend that you plan ahead for your visit.

CANCELATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your appointment please cancel by logging into your Vagaro account or emailing us at least 24 hours in advance. Since the time slot is held especially for you, any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or a no call / no show, will result in a charge of the full service booked to your credit card (or the equivalent deduction from gift certificates) We are a small, appointment-based business, we hold your appointment especially for you, and we are unable to make any exception to our 24-hour cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding.

​A Credit Card is required to hold the appointment but only charged at the time of service
